ASFA Hose Clamp with Anti-Rotation Hole

With the aim of minimising costs on the assembly line, particularly in the automotive sector, Mikalor has developed an ASFA clamp incorporating a pre-positioning hole in the band. This clamp works at the same tightening torque and guarantees the same performance as the standard range. The position of the hole in the band matches exactly that of the counterpart in the assembly, allowing the clamp to be safely and accurately pre-positioned for tightening when required. This pre-positioning feature can be used with all existing material qualities and diameters of the ASFA range. Moreover, the hole can be located in the most suitable place in the band for final assembly.
