To make the correct choice of the diameter of a clamp to be applied, the following steps must be followed:

Measurement of the outside diameter of the hose where the clamp will be mounted.

Check the range of diameters available in the Mikalor catalog and that your application diameter is featured therein.

If the hose measurement is valid for 2 different ranges of clamp, we will use the clamp whose maximum application diameter is closest to the diameter of the hose.

If this criterion is followed, there will always be an exceeding safety length of band that will guarantee the application and the tightness.
