At Mikalor we use the latest technology available on the market for the manufacture of our machine tools and progressive dies. 

 

From the very beginning of the project our engineering department start carrying out the design of the machine tool or progressive die based on the customer’s dimensional drawing in 2D or 3D. 

 

Once prototypes have been manufactured and approved by the customer, the project proceeds to the CNC machining centre, grinding, wire and plunge electrical discharge machining amongst other processes. 

 

Once the tool or progressive die has been manufactured, it is installed in the corresponding press or bending machine in order to carry out the fine adjustments which are required to ensure optimum function and durability. 

 

Pre-series parts manufactured are then checked using digital and three-dimensional projectors and once approved, the tool or progressive die is delivered to our customer. 

 

At Mikalor we design and manufacture different kinds of dies for punching, stamping, bending, threading, assembling and welding amongst other systems, as well as a complete range of spare parts.
